How long does a bathroom remodel take in Denver?
A standard hall bath typically runs two to four weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Larger primary baths, layout changes, or moving plumbing can push that to five or six weeks. We give you a schedule with the scope before we start.
What does a bathroom remodel cost?
Cost depends on size, tile selection, and whether plumbing moves. A finish-level refresh is far less than a full gut with a relocated shower. We price the actual scope in writing after the walkthrough instead of quoting a range that changes later.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. When the work requires a permit — plumbing relocation, electrical, structural changes — we handle the permitting and inspections with the city or county.
How do you keep a shower from leaking?
Waterproofing is the part nobody sees and the part that fails. We use full waterproofing systems behind the tile, flood test pans, and slope everything to drain properly before a single tile goes on.
